Racing Tour
Don’t speed your way through this tour. Enjoy a 740 acre multi-purpose racing facility filled with over 750 vintage and modern motorcycles & racecars. Then cross the finish line with a tour of the South’s largest International Motor Speedway – Talladega!
Where else in the world can your guests see 600-700 mint-condition motorcycles on exhibit at one time? Nowhere. The Barber Vintage Motorsports Museum is recognized by Guinness World Records as the world’s largest motorcycle collection. With over 1,400 motorcycles spanning over 100 years of production, the Barber collection represents 200 different manufacturers from 20 countries. Showcasing the unique design of each individual piece, this epic display reveals the fine art of the motorcycle. But that’s not all. The museum also features the world’s most extensive collection of Lotus cars, plus an assortment of rare, celebrated cars.
Your guests will get a customizable, docent-led tour that highlights special features of the museum, such as the restoration level and pedestrian bridge, as well as Barber Motorsports Park. Your guests will then “cross the finish line” at the Talladega Superspeedway and International Motorsports Museum. Since 1902 this one-of-a-kind facility has been dedicated to the preservation of the history of motorsports. Its collection of racing vehicles and memorabilia, which is valued at more than $15 million and increasing every year, is a must see.
Going on a Racing Tour sounds like something I would like.
